More than just a company clients like to work with a “real” person. Not just Real a sincere one. What other way to explain is when an executive drops a nuke in form of a resignation and walks away with a million $ client. The company usually spends millions of $$ and efforts to build brand loyalty. IF it was the brand ,.. why would management be sitting on a round table discussing the oncoming storm. A single member walks away an over staffed enterprise, that can leave them dry for months.. I have seen this on repeat show in real and reel life happen. We all are familiar with this scenario. It’s a no-brainer to figure out that personal connections are extremely important. We are social animals and a company logo can not smile the way we do with our pearly whites. We walk into a room and can feel the vibrations before hand, and before we approach a certain person, we already have semi decided on what kind of connect its going to be. Such is the power of our subtle consciousness, that has been trained to decipher slight body language movements at sub conscious level. Commonly referred as “gut’. Only exception is where the product is substantially more important than the person holding it , they can get away with a horse running their business. In few cases the product is so important for your business that who is selling you doesn’t matter.. But until one happens to get your hands on such a product , we need to depend on relationships, and human interaction. What we need is to cherish every connection.. With all your sincerity!
